COVID-19 PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE PLAN FOR WOOD & ASSOCIATES, PLLC
All Visitors and Employees will be given a COVID-19 Health Screen prior to allowing entry to the buildings.
Clients and visitors will use the designated doorbell on the front door of the buildings to alert staff that you have arrived and need to be screened for building entry.
All visitors are required to wear a facemask unless medically unable.
Staff must wear a facemask or face covering when visitors are in the building unless you are in your own enclosed office with the door closed.
Face to Face Consultations will be limited to only the parties involved in the case or matter. No extra guests will be permitted to attend the consultation.
Visitors and established clients are strongly encouraged to schedule an appointment to ensure access to the building.
All face to face consultations will be allotted one hour and fifteen minutes each, to allow for fifteen minutes after each appointment to thoroughly sanitize and disinfect any common areas.
Our offices will continue to offer and encourage telephonic consultations and client meetings, and the electronic delivery and receipt of documents when possible.
Beverage Stations will be removed from common areas.
Restrooms are closed to visitors.
Each client or visitor will be given their own pen to use. It must be taken with them upon leaving or discarded.
Clipboards will not be reused throughout the day.
Designated points of entry for staff and visitors (Visitors will use front doors, staff will use back doors).
According to Executive Order 2020-97, A worksite supervisor will remain onsite to implement, monitor, and report on COVID-19 control strategies. The supervisor must remain on site at all times when employees are present on site.
If a staff member or known visitor tests positive for COVID-19, the appropriate buildings will be closed to staff and visitors for professional cleaning and sanitizing. The local health department and any co-workers or visitors who may have come into contact with the person with a confirmed case of COVID-19 will be notified within 24 hours.
Buildings will completely and thoroughly be sanitized daily, according to the Occupational Health and Safety Administration Guide.
